摘 要:"中间体衍生化法"是针对农药创制难度大、成功率低创建的方法,利用该方法已发现多个安全、高效的绿色农药品种。通过对杀线虫剂fluazaindolizine的创制经纬进行分析,从"中间体衍生化法"的角度说明新药创制过程中选择和利用合适中间体的重要性,也进一步说明了"中间体衍生化法"具有普适性,可大幅提高新农药创制的成功率。"The intermediate derivatization method"was established aiming at the characteristics of great difficulty and low success rate in the discovery and development of novel agrochemicals,and some safe and efficient products were successfully discovered by using this method. This paper summarized the discovery of fluazindolizine and demonstrated the importance of selecting and using suitable intermediates in the discovery of novel agrochemicals from the perspective of "the intermediate derivatization method"and further showed this method is universal. The success rate of new pesticide creation can be greatly improved by using this method.
