摘　　要：[目的]建立一种反相高效液相色谱法,用于对8%叶菌唑悬浮剂中叶菌唑顺式异构体含量的分析。[方法]采用XDB-C18色谱柱,波长为220 nm,以乙腈-水(体积比50∶50)作为流动相进行分离,测定叶菌唑顺式异构体的含量。[结果]该方法可以很好地分离叶菌唑的顺、反异构体,准确测定叶菌唑顺式异构体的含量,方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.16%,加标回收率为99.6%~100.6%。[结论]该方法可以应用于8%叶菌唑悬浮剂的质量控制,操作简便,分析时间短。[Aims] A RP-HPLC method was established for quantitative analysis of cis-metconazole in metconazole 8%SC. [Methods] The chromatographic separation was carried out on a XDB-C18 column using acetonitrile: water as the mobile phase at 220 nm. [Results] The method can be used to separate the cis and trans isomers of metconazole. The method can accurately determine the content of cis-meconazole. The linear correlation coefficient of the method was0.9999. The precision of the method was 0.16%, and the recoveries were in the range of 99.6-100.6%. [Conclusions] The method can be applied to the quality control of metconazole 8% SC, it is easy to operate in short analysis time.
