摘 要:近年来,我国物流行业发展迅猛,城乡配送也越来越得到广泛的关注。文中以徐浙物流公司为着手点,从网点布局、运作效率、技术应用、绿色发展4个方面构建了4个层次15个指标的绩效评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对各个层次的各个指标进行了指标权重的计算与分析来研究徐浙物流公司的城乡配送绩效。经计算,建立的各个成对比较矩阵均符合一致性的要求。在一级指标中,占权重最大的两个指标是运作效率和网点布局;在层次总排序结果中,权重最大的指标是全网配送总量,而且层次总排序的结果和公司城乡配送的状况比较一致。因此,利用层次分析法分析徐浙物流公司的城乡配送绩效的较为准确,可信度较高,为徐浙物流公司未来的发展很有帮助。In recent years,with the rapid development of China s logistics industry,urban and rural distribution has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,starting from xuzhe logistics company,from the four aspects of network layout,operation efficiency,technology application and green development,we build a performance evaluation index system of four levels and 15 indicators,and use AHP to calculate and analyze the index weight of each level of indicators to study the urban and rural distribution performance of xuzhe company.After calculation,the established pairwise comparison matrix meets the requirements of consistency.Among the first level indicators,the two most important ones are operation efficiency and network layout.In the result of hierarchical total ranking,the most important index is the distribution quantity of the whole network,and the result of hierarchical total ranking is consistent with the situation of urban and rural distribution of the company.Therefore,using AHP to analyze the urban and rural distribution performance of xuzhe company is more accurate and reliable,which is very helpful for the future development of xuzhe company.
