水滑石复合热稳定剂对CPVC共混料热稳定性能的影响

摘  要:利用水滑石和甲基锡热稳定剂组合成复合热稳定剂,改善了CPVC共混料的热稳定性能,研究了不同比例下的水滑石对CPVC共混料热稳定性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:水滑石对CPVC共混料的热稳定性能有很好的提升效果,但是也会对冲击性能造成不利影响;当复合热稳定剂用量为2.5份、水滑石与甲基锡稳定剂质量比为1.5:1和1:1.5时,共混料热稳定性能无差别,因此适当调整水滑石的配比也可以减少共混料成本。The thermal stability of CPVC blends was improved by the combination of hydrotalcite and methyltin.The effect of hydrotalcite in different proportion on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of CPVC blends was studied.The results showed that hydrotalcite could improve the thermal stability of CPVC blends,but it also had a negative impact on the impact resistance.When the amount of composite heat stabilizer was 2.5 phr,whether the mass ratio of hydrotalcite to methyltin stabilizer was 1.5:1 or 1:1.5,there was no difierence in the heat stabiEty of the blend.Thus,the cost of the blend could be reduced by adjusting the ratio of hydrotalcite properly.
