摘　　要：吴银根教授认为肾阳虚证是哮喘的基础核心证候,对于哮喘的发生发展及转归有重要影响。以温补肾阳法为治疗哮喘的基础方法,并创制止喘胶囊。同时提出思考和展望,包括综合分析遗传因素和环境因素对于哮喘肾阳虚证的影响,以及探讨温补肾阳法治疗哮喘的分子机制及临床研究展望。Professor Wu Yin’gen believes that kidney yang deficiency pattern, as the basic core pattern of asthma, has a significant influence on the occurrence, development and prognosis of asthma. In the treatment of asthma, he suggests taking warming and tonifying the kidney yang as the basic treatment method and has developed a new formula Zhichuan(cough-relieving) capsule. Meanwhile, considerations and prospects are put forward in this paper, including the comprehensive analysis of the influence of genetic and environmental factors on the kidney yang deficiency pattern of asthma, as well as the discussion of the molecular mechanism and clinical research on the treatment of asthma by warming and tonifying the kidney yang method.
