摘 要:目的了解发生过性行为的大学生防艾生活技能现状,探索其对大学生安全套使用的影响。方法利用问卷星调查大一和大二学生的艾滋病知识知晓、防艾生活技能、性行为发生和安全套使用情况,将自报发生过性行为的1 862人纳入分析。使用SPSS 21.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 12.36%(1 862/15 070)的调查对象发生过性行为,其中74.60%的分析对象最近1次性行为中使用了安全套。单因素分析显示,大二学生的安全套使用率(76.92%)高于大一学生(72.72%),汉族学生(76.12%)高于其他民族学生(68.75%),独生子女(77.78%)高于非独生子女(72.90%),艾滋病基本知识知晓者(76.80%)高于不知晓者(65.47%)。父亲和母亲文化程度越高者,安全套使用率越高。控制混杂因素后男女生分别Logistic回归分析发现,防艾生活技能和风险识别能力、拒绝能力和寻求帮助能力3个维度对大学生的安全套使用有促进作用,随着得分的升高,安全套使用率逐渐升高,但未发现协商能力影响大学生的安全套使用。结论防艾生活技能可促进大学生的安全套的使用,建议加强大学生的防艾生活技能培训。Objective To investigate the life skills of AIDS prevention among college students who have had sex and to explore its impact on condom use. Methods Electronic questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge of AIDS,the life-skills of AIDS prevention,sexual behavior and condom use among freshmen and sophomores. 1 862 students who reported having sex were included in this analysis. SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results 12.36%(1 862/15 070) of the respondents had sexual intercourse,and 74.60%(1 389/1 862) of the analysis subjects had used condoms in their last sexual intercourse. The rate of condom use of sophomores(76.92%)was higher than that of freshmen(72.72%). The rate of condom use in Han students(76.12%)was higher than that in other ethnic students(68.75%), and the rate of condom use of the only children(77.78%) were higher than that of the non-only children(72.90%). Further, the rate of condom use among those who knew basic knowledge of AIDS(76.80%) was higher than that among those who did not(65.47%). The higher the educational level of the father and mother is,the higher rate of the condom use among the students is. After controlling the confounding factors,the logistic regression analyses showed that the three dimensions of AIDS prevention life skills(i.e.,risk identification ability, refusal ability and seeking help ability) had a positive effect on condom use among both male and female college students. With the increase of scores of the risk identification ability, refusal ability and seeking help ability, condom use rate gradually increased.However, no significant association between risk identification ability and condom use was observed. Conclusion Life-skills of AIDS prevention can promote condom use among college students. The training of life-skills of AIDS prevention should be strengthened in college students.
