摘　　要：目的评价四川省疾病预防控制机构(以下简称"疾控机构")等级创建后取得的效果。方法对87个评审单位进行调查,收集取得等级情况,对创建前后人员、房屋、设备、检测项目等硬件和能力情况进行对比。结果 87个单位中,7个取得三级甲等,14个取得三级乙等,60个取得二级甲等。平均每个单位增加15.15个编制,设备平均达标率从48.22%上升到66.96%,A类和B类检测项目分别平均增加41.54和17.65项。结论四川省疾控机构等级创建工作起到实效,建议进一步推进工作,争取得到政府更大支持,提升全省疾控能力和水平。Objective To evaluate the effect of the establishment of the grade in Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) institutions of Sichuan province. Methods This study conducted a survey in 87 units to collect the grade of achievement,compared hardware and capabilities aspects,such as personnel, houses, equipment, and inspection items before and after the creation. Results Of the 87 units,7 obtained Level 3 A,14 obtained Level 3 B,and 60 obtained Level 2 A. The average number of staffing size increased by 15.15 units, the average equipment compliance rate increased from 48.22 per cent to 66.96 per cent, and the average number of the test items of category A and B increased by 41.54 and 17.65,respectively. Conclusion The establishment of the level of CDC institutions in Sichuan province is effective. It is recommended to further promote the work and obtain greater support from the government to improve the disease control capabilities and levels in the province.
