摘　　要：目的:解决日间手术诊疗模式的信息化管理问题,提高日间手术相关工作效率和医疗质量。方法:通过对中国医科大学附属第一医院日间手术诊疗模式需求的分析,定制标准化、规范化业务流程,设计符合医院实际需求的日间手术系统。结果:日间手术系统的设计与应用,实现了日间手术业务的数字化管理,缩短了平均住院日,提高了工作效率和医疗质量。结论:规范了日间手术业务流程,实现了医疗信息高度共享,合理提高术间利用率,提高手术室运行效率,简化就医流程,降低医疗费用,对缓解"住院难,住院贵"的问题起到一定的积极作用。Objective: To solve the problem of information management of the day operation mode, and to improve the efficiency and quality of the day operation. Methods: Through the analysis of the demand of the hospital day operation mode, the standardization and standardization of business process, the design of the actual needs of the day surgery system. Results: The design and application of ambulatory surgery system realized the digital management of the day operation business, shortened the average length of stay, reduced the work efficiency and the quality of medical treatment. Conclusion: The implementation of medical information sharing, standardize the operation link of daytime operation, improve the utilization rate of reasonable operation, improve the operation efficiency of the operation room, simplify medical procedures, reduce medical costs, to alleviate the difficult patient, hospitalization expensive problem play a positive role.
