摘  要:目的分析2013-2018年磐安县钩端螺旋体宿主动物分布与变化情况以及其钩端螺旋体钩体阳性率变化情况,为疾病预防及预警提供科学依据。方法采用Joinpoint 4.7.0.0软件分析磐安县2013-2018年钩端螺旋体宿主动物分布及宿主钩端螺旋体钩体菌群变化趋势。采用χ^2检验进行抗体阳性率的比较,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2013-2018年磐安县平均鼠密度为4.53%,鼠密度呈现下降趋势(年度变化百分比为-6.06%),该趋势无统计学意义(P=0.335)。但鼠肾抗体阳性率呈现上升趋势(年度变化百分比为44.64%),有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论磐安县钩端螺旋体发病处于低风险水平,鼠密度有所下降,但是宿主鼠类的钩端螺旋体阳性率呈上升趋势,需要进一步加强宿主接触者的健康教育工作。Objective To analyze the distribution and variation of host animals and the positive rate of Leptospira in Pan’ an County,in order to provide a scientific basis for prevention and prewarning of leptospirosis.Methods The trend of the distribution and variation of host animals and the positive rate of Leptospira in Pan’ an from 2013 to 2018 was analyzed by Joinpoint 4.7.0.0,and the comparison of antibody positive rates was performed by using χ^2 test with a test level of α=0.05.Results The average rat density in Pan’an County from 2013 to 2018 was 4.53%,and the result showed a decrease trend with a annual percentage change of -6.06% and without statistical significance(P=0.335).While the positive rate of leptospira in rat kidney indiacted an increase trend(annual percentage change was 44.64%)(P=0.007).Conclusion The risk of leptospirosis in Pan’an County was at a relatively low level and the rat average density decreased,while the positive rate of leptospira increased.Health education should be enhanced to prevent leptospirosis in population contacting with the leptospira host animals.
