废用性骨质疏松症中医治法探析

摘　　要：废用性骨质疏松是指机体在机械负重减少的情况下,出现骨量丢失、骨量低、骨组织微结构损坏,导致骨脆性增加,从而易发生骨折为特征的一类骨病。中医药在防治废用性骨质疏松症方面有其独特的优势,结合该病的中医病机,防治废用性骨质疏松症可以采用以下治法:泻肾火滋肾水以保肾精,补肾气壮肾阳以生肾精,强健骨骼;健脾化源,运湿除蒸热,以强壮肌肉筋骨;脾肾同治充养精髓以抗痿。Disuse osteoporosis refers to the loss of bone mass in the case of reduced mechanical weight,and bone disease characterized by low bone mass,microstructural damage of bone tissue,increased bone fragility and prone to fracture.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of disuse osteoporosis.This article combines the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of the disease,and believes that the prevention and treatment of disuse osteoporosis can use the following treatment:diarrhea and kidney to prevent kidney water to protect Kidney essence,tonifying kidney and strengthening kidney and kidney to produce kidney essence,strong bones;spleen and spleen source,transporting moisture and steaming heat to strengthen muscles and muscles;spleen and kidney with the essence of anti-caries.
