摘　　要：2型糖尿病(Type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)在我国甚至全球的发病日趋严重,迫切需要寻找更多能够有效控制糖尿病疾病进展、改善患者预后及生活质量的治疗手段。辟谷是从我国古代流传下来的养生术,我们在辟谷实践中发现其对2型糖尿病有很好的预防和治疗作用,其作用机制值得深入研究。以个案分析的方式,从物质代谢角度探讨辟谷改善胰岛功能、防治2型糖尿病的理论依据,为进一步深入研究辟谷防治2型糖尿病的机制提供启发,从而使辟谷能更好地为糖尿病患者服务。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)is becoming increasingly serious in China and even around the world,and it is urgent to find more treatment methods that can effectively control the progression of diabetes and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.TCM Fuqi Bigu is a health preserving technique handed down from ancient China.We found that it has a very good prevention and treatment effect on type 2 diabetes in the teaching of TCM Fuqi Bigu,and its mechanism is worth further study.We analyzed the theoretical basis of Fuqi Bigu to improve the insulin′s function and to prevent T2 DM from the perspective of material metabolism in the form of case analysis.It will provide inspiration for further research on the mechanism of Fuqi Bigu in the prevention of T2 DM.
