某院治疗膝骨性关节炎中药饮片处方用药特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析河南省洛阳正骨医院内服中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的处方用药特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取中药内服治疗膝骨性关节炎的门诊中药处方426张,分析目前中药处方用药的基本规律。结果:426张中药饮片处方中女性患者多于男性(女性患者占81.45%),且多为中老年人(>45岁),平均年龄(55.16±14.43)岁;味数6~10味的处方最多(42.72%),平均味数(11.59±4.71);剂数7~10剂的处方最多(57.04%),平均剂数(8.78±4.34);药物类别以活血化瘀药(20.61%)、补益药(17.60%)、祛风湿药(14.75%)最多;单味药使用频率以牛膝(5.61%)、当归(5.29%)、独活(4.82%)、薏苡仁(4.41%)较高;毒性药物中制川乌(0.70%)、制草乌(0.45%)、全蝎(0.40%)使用频率较高;超剂量使用情况普遍存在。结论:通过多角度、多层次总结我院治疗膝骨性关节炎的中药饮片处方用药规律,为临床用药提供参考依据。Objective:The prescription characteristics of TCM decoction pieces in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were analyzed in our hospital,in order to guide clinical rational medication.Methods:426 TCM prescriptions in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were randomly selected. The basic rules of the TCM prescriptions were analyzed.Results:426 pieces of TCM prescriptions of women more than men,and more for the elderly(>45 years old;81.45%),while the mean age was 55.16 14.43 years old;6~10 Chinese herbs were the most(42.72%) with an average of 11.59 4.71 in the prescriptions;Prescriptions within 7~10 dosages were the most(56.20%) with an average of 8.78 4.34;Most of the medicines played the role of activating blood and removing stasis(20.61%),tonifying(17.60%),eliminating wind damp(14.75%);The top use frequency of TCM decoction piecesin the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were Bidentate achyrotundus L.(5.61%),Angelicae sinensis(5.29%),Angelicae Pubescentis radix(4.82%) and Semen coicis(4.41%). The higher use frequency of toxicity herbal medicines were Radix Aconiti(0.70%),Kusnezoff Monkshood(0.45%),Scorpion(0.40%);The situation of overdose usage were widespread.Conclusion:Multi-angle,multi-level understanding the prescription regularof TCM decoction pieces in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis to provide Chinese medicine basis for clinical medicine choice.
