摘　　要：创新驱动、经济转型关键是深入推进供给侧结构性改革.山东省的工业结构以原材料、半成品及低附加值零部件为主,工业面临着许多严重问题,迫切需要供给侧改革.选择劳动、资本和土地供给侧端三大基本要素;高加工度化和技术密集化产出端两大主要指标.通过使用时间序列计量经济模型对山东省的工业在供给侧改革背景下优化升级状况进行分析研究,以期对山东省工业结构的供给侧改革和其它省市的工业、经济发展提供一定的决策参考.The key to innovation-driven and economic transformation is to deepen supplyside structural reform.The industry in Shandong province is dominated by raw materials,semi-finished products and low-value-added parts.The industrial structure is faced with many serious problems and urgently needs supply-side reform.This paper selects three basic elements of labor,capital and land supply side.High degree of processing and technology-intensive output end of the two main indicators.The econometric model of time series is used to analyze and study the industrial optimization and upgrading in Shandong province under the background of supply-side reform,so as to provide certain decision-making reference for the supply-side reform of industrial structure in Shandong province and the industrial and economic development in other provinces and cities.
