摘　　要：目的:探讨农村基本公共卫生服务公私协作机制中存在的具体问题,为更好的发展我国基本公共卫生服务乡村协作体系提供对策建议。方法:通过多阶段分层随机抽样的方法分别抽取广东省(东部)、湖南和湖北省(中部)、重庆和贵州(西部)作为样本地区进行问卷调查;通过定性研究的方法和逻辑推理的方式,总结了基本公共卫生服务公私协作管理系统的组成内容。结果:乡村公私主体间已形成了资源整合与分配、业务培训与指导、监督考核与支付、沟通交流与反馈、利益共享与激励等机制,各机制运行过程存在具体的问题。结论:我国农村已经形成了较好的公私协作服务体系,针对公私协作机制中出现的问题,需要在转变居民观念、规范资金管理及加快信息化建设等方面来完善。Objective To explore the problems existing in public - private collaboration mechanism of rural basic public healthservices, and provide countermeasures for the better development of rural cooperation system of China's basic public health service.Methods Sample areas were chosen with multi - stage stratified random sampling method, and surveyed with questionnaire.The content of rural cooperation system of China's basic public health service was summarized by qualitative research and logical reasoning. Results There had existed public - private collaboration mechanism such as resource integration and distribution, business training and guidance, supervision and payment, communication and feedback, benefit sharing and incentives, each of which had specific problems. Conclusion A good public - private collaborative service system in rural China has been formed. In order to solve the problems in the public - private collaboration mechanism, it is necessary to improve the residents * concept, standardize the fund management and accelerate the construction of information technology.
