中国内地护理人才空间差异及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的揭示中国内地护理人才空间差异及其影响因素,为护理人才管理提供借鉴。方法运用探索性空间数据分析方法对中国内地省级行政区域(以下简称省区)护理人才空间差异进行分析,并应用地理探测器模型对其影响因素进行探讨。结果中国内地省区护理人才格局由非常显著的正空间自相关转变为不显著的负空间自相关,Getis-Ord CZ*统计量总体呈现北高南低、东高西低的态势;在空间差异影响因素中,经济发展水平是最重要的影响因素,但其影响力有所减弱,卫生投入力度的影响力逐步减弱,老龄化程度的影响力先降后升,而影响因素之间的交互作用由双因子增强逐步转变为非线性增强。结论中国内地省区护理人才空间差异由集聚转向不规则分布,且地域性特征明显,受经济发展水平影响相对较大。在设计护理人才管理政策时,应充分考虑省区自身的阶段性特征和经济发展水平、卫生投入力度和老龄化程度之间的关联作用。Objective To reveal the spatial differentiation and its influencing factors of nursing talents in m ainland C h in a,and to m ake som e supplem ents for the related research on nursing talents.Methods The exploratory spatial data analysis m ethod was used to analyze the spatial differentiation of nursing talents in m ainland C hina,and the influencing factors were d iscussed by using the G eodetector m odel.Results The spatial pattern of nursing talents in m ainland China changed from a very significant positive spatial autocorrelation to a non-significant negative spatial autocorrelation.Getis-Ord G i*statistics showed a trend o f high in the North and low in the S outh,high in the East and low in the W est.Am ong the influencing factors,th e level of econom ic developm ent was the most important o n e,but its influence was weakened.The influence of health investm ent was gradually w eak en ed,an d the influence o f aging degree d ecreased first and then rised.The interaction betw een influencing factors was gradually changed from two-factor enhancem ent to non-linear enhancem ent.Conclusion The differentiation of nursing talents in m ainland China changed from agglomeration to irregular distribution with obvious regional characteristics,w hich was largely influenced by the level of econom ic developm ent.In the design of nursing personnel m anagem ent polic y,we should fully consider the stage characteristics of the province itself and the correlation betw een the level of econom ic d evelop m en t,health investm ent and the degree of aging.
