摘  要:结合接力创新,以2017年教育部62所直属高校为研究样本,运用因子分析法和DEA-BCC模型,分别对高校科技成果转化能力与效率进行评价,并考察二者之间的关系。研究表明,62所教育部直属高校之间的科技成果转化能力差异大;多数高校为非DEA有效,且处于规模收益递减阶段;高校科技成果转化能力与效率并不完全匹配,存在低匹配和不匹配情况。The transformation ability and efficiency of scientific and technological achievements are the important basis for evaluating the development of scientific research in colleges.Combining with relay innovation,this paper takes 62 universities directly under the Ministry of Education in 2017 as the research sample,uses the factor analysis method and DEA-BCC model to evaluate the transformation ability and efficiency of university scientific and technological achievements,and examines the relationship between them.The research shows that there are great differences in the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements among universities;Most colleges are non-DEA effective and in the stage of diminishing returns to scale.The transformation ability and efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities are not completely matched,and there are low matches and mismatches.
