摘　　要：将高校科技成果转化分为合作转化或者独立转化两种,在合作转化的前提下,更深层次考虑合作转化下高校选择技术转让或者共同商业化两种模式的优劣。将商业化成本、科技成果转化率纳入高校科技成果转化收益的影响因素中,构建企业与高校合作的演化博弈支付矩阵,分析探索商业化成本和科技成果转化率的不同变化对高校选择科技成果转化模式的影响。研究表明:(1)科技成果转化率影响企业与高校的合作意愿;(2)企业作为利益体对合作商业化成本比较敏感;(3)高校付出的科技成果价值越多,高校更偏向于选择"商业化合作"模式。The game of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities can be divided into two types:cooperative transformation and independent transformation.On the premise of cooperative transformation,the advantages and disadvantages of two modes of technology transfer or common commercialization under cooperative transformation should be considered in a deeper level.The cost of commercialization and the rate of transformation of scientific and technological achievements are included in the influencing factors of the income of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities.The payment matrix of evolutionary game of cooperation between enterprises and colleges and universities is constructed.The equilibrium solution of the income of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities is obtained by evolutionary game method,and the different changes of commercialization cost and the rate of transformation of scientific and technological achievements are explored through numerical and case analysis The effect of fruit transformation mode.The research shows that:(1)the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements affects the willingness of cooperation between enterprises and universities;(2)enterprises are more sensitive to the cost of cooperative commercialization as the interest body;(3)the more the value of scientific and technological achievements paid by universities,universities prefer to choose the"commercial cooperation"mode.
