摘　　要：垃圾污染是当前我国农村环境治理需要解决的重点难题。论文对农村居民参与垃圾治理环境行为的影响因素及作用机制进行了实证分析,研究发现:(1)环境态度是环境认知与环境行为的非完全中介变量,其中介过程受到调节;(2)环境认知经过环境态度对环境行为的中介效应受到内控观的调节,内控观不仅调节直接效应,同时调节中介效应的后半路径;(3)当内控观在均值水平时,环境认知经过环境态度以及直接对环境行为的调节效应占总效应的29.95%。因此,环境认知、态度和内控观在影响农村居民参与垃圾治理环境行为上是一个有调节的中介效应,不仅环境认知、态度对环境行为有正向影响,环境内控观也对环境行为产生了重要影响。Currently, rural garbage pollution is a prominent issue to be resolved in China’s rural environmental governance. This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors and mechanisms of rural residents’ participation in garbage governance, and founds that:(1) Environmental attitude is an incomplete intermediary variable between environmental cognition and environmental behavior, in which the intermediary process is regulated.(2)The mediating effect of environmental attitudes on environmental behaviors is regulated by the internal control concept which regulates not only the direct effect, but also the latter half of the mediating effect.(3) When the internal control concept is at the mean level, the moderating effect of environmental recognition on environmental behaviors through environmental attitude and directly on environmental behaviors accounts for 29.95% of the total effect. Therefore, the environmental cognition, attitudes and internal control concept are a moderated mediation model in influencing the rural residents’ participation in garbage governance. Not only environmental cognition and attitudes have a positive impact on environmental behavior, but also the internal control concept has an important impact on environmental behavior.
