基于文献回顾分析动物骨髓炎模型制备方法的特点研究

摘　　要：目的:通过参考文献总结造模方法,以此改进达到快速、有效、经典的兔骨髓炎模型制备方法。方法:以"骨髓炎模型"、"骨髓炎动物模型"为关键词在知网、万方、维普等数据库进行检索,并对详细描述建立骨髓炎模型并成功的文献进行筛选,对符合标准的文献分析总结。结果:筛选后得出了符合标准的22篇中文文献和12篇外文文献,分析后总结为6类模型制备方法。结论:通过与人体相近的骨髓炎动物模型探索,可以制备出方法简便、成功率高、时间短、成本低的理想模型。Objective:By summarizing the modeling method based on literature review,to establish a fast,effective and classic method of rabbit osteomyelitis model.Methods:The key words such as"osteomyelitis model"and"animal model of osteomyelitis"were selected to search in databases of HowNet,Wanfang,Weipu,etc.The documents describing the establishment of osteomyelitis models were successfully screened and analyzed.Results:After screening,22 Chinese literatures and 12 foreign literatures were obtained,which were analyzed and classified into 6 types of model establishment methods.Conclusion:By exploring animal models of osteomyelitis similar to the human,an ideal model with simple method,high success rate,short time,and low cost may be prepared.
