摘  要:分别采用喷涂法及记号笔点画法在纤维缠绕壳体表面制作散斑,在内压强度试验过程中对壳体进行了光学非接触式应变测量,并通过传统应变片法测量的应变数据与之对比,结果表明:两种方法所测数据的相对误差介于0.29%~9.7%之间,符合纤维缠绕壳体在同一环向的变化规律,证实了光学非接触式应变测试方法应用于纤维缠绕壳体应变测试的可行性。Scattered spot was formed on the surface of the filament wound casing by spraying method and marker pen point method respectively. The optical non-contact strain measurement was carried out on the shell during the internal pressure strength test, and the strain data measured by the traditional strain gauge method was used. The comparison shows that the relative error of the data measured by the two methods is between 0.29% and 9.7%, which is consistent with the variation of the filament wound shell in the same circumferential direction. It confirms the feasibility of strain testing, and reveals that the optical non-contact strain test method should be applied to the filament wound shell.
