神曲消食口服液联合甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨神曲消食口服液联合甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月在重庆开州区人民医院治疗的厌食症患儿92例,按照用药的不同分为对照组(46例)和治疗组(46例)。对照组口服甘草锌颗粒,1~5岁,0.75 g/次,6~10岁,1.5 g/次,11~14岁,2.5 g/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服神曲消食口服液,1~4岁,5 mL/次,5~14岁,10 mL/次,3次/d。两组均治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者症状积分、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)、神经肽Y(NPY)、白蛋白(ALB)、纤维粘连蛋白(FN)、瘦素(LP)、钙、铁、锌水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为82.61%和97.83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状积分均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MOT、GAS、NPY、ALB、FN、LP、钙、铁、锌水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者这些指标水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液联合甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症可有效改善患儿临床症状,增加机体微量元素水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Licorzine Granules in treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods Children(92 cases) with infantile anorexia in Kaizhou People’s Hospital of Chongqing from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control(51 cases) and treatment(51 cases) groups according to different treatments. Children in the control group were po administered with Licorzine Granules, 0.75 g/time for 1 - 5 years old, 1.5 g/time for 6 - 10 years old, 2.5 g/time for 11 - 14 years old, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 5 mL/time for 1 - 4 years old, 10 mL/time for 5 - 14 years old, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the symptom scores, MOT, GAS, NPY, ALB, FN, LP, Ca, Fe and Zn levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 82.61% and 97.83% respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the MOT, GAS, NPY, ALB, FN, LP, Ca, Fe, and Zn levels in two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Licorzine Granules in treatment of infantile anorexia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and increase the level of trace elements.
