易燃厚煤层煤柱工作面防灭火技术研究

摘　　要：针对存在老巷及封闭巷道等复杂条件下煤柱区域采煤工作面的防灭火问题,通过在工作面回采巷道掘进期间采取顶板破碎地段充填加固材料,高温点施工防火钻孔注浆降温,过老巷建密闭墙、巷道喷浆、施工防火钻孔等综合防灭火措施,在回采期间采取了采空区注浆注氮、超前切眼防灭火钻孔注水、回风隅角封堵、煤柱区防火钻孔注浆或注水等措施,取得了较好的工作面防灭火效果,实现了综采工作面的高产高效。Aiming at the fire prevention and extinguishing problems of coal pillar mining face under complicated conditions such as old roadway and closed roadway, comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures such as filling and reinforcing materials in broken roof section, fire prevention drilling grouting at high temperature point, building closed wall, roadway grouting and fire prevention drilling in old roadway were adopted during the excavation of mining goaf. The measures of grouting nitrogen, pre-cut hole fire prevention drilling water injection, return air corner plugging, coal pillar fire prevention drilling grouting or water injection have achieved good fire prevention and extinguishing effect, and achieved high production and high efficiency in fully mechanized mining face.
