摘 要:传统的超声波明渠流量计因声道少而易受到噪声、渠壁粗糙程度、流场分布不均等因素的影响,其测量精度和稳定性不理想。设计了一款基于时差法的多声道超声波明渠流量计,通过增加声道数量及高精度计时芯片的选用,有效提高流速和流量测量的准确度。给出了该流量计的总体框架及主要软硬件设计,并通过实验明确了其测量性能,在流速为0~4 m/s时,误差小于2%,且重复性好。The traditional ultrasonic open channel flowmeter is easily affected by the noise,the roughness of the canal wall and the uneven distribution of the flow field because of its insufficient sound channels,and its measurement accuracy and stability are not ideal.In this paper,a multichannel ultrasonic open channel flowmeter based on time difference method is designed.By adding the number of sound channels and the selection of high precision timing chip,the accuracy of sound speed and flow measurement are improved effectively.The general frame and the main software and hardware of the designed flowmeter are given,and the measurement performance is clear by the experiment.When the velocity is 0~4 m/s,the measuring error is less than 2%,and the repeatability is good.
