摘　　要：针对现代医院财务管理系统信息化的需求,设计并实现了基于大数据场景的医疗财务管理信息系统。系统基于软件工程的思想指导设计,通过调研医院的财务管理工作系统的需求,合理地选择需要实现的功能。系统在实现上基于B/S架构,数据库的设计遵循软件工程中的相关规范。系统可以实现医院财务数据的精细化管理,降低医院运营成本,从而提升医疗事业的综合效益。In view of the need of informationization of modern hospital financial management,a medical financial management information system based on big data scenario is proposed and implemented.The system is designed based on the idea of software engineering.Thorough investigatig the financial management of the hospital the requirement analysis of the system is completed.System functions have been reasonably seleeted.The system is based on B/S architecture,and the design of database follows the relevant specifications in software engineering.The implementation of the system can realize the fine management of hospital financial data,reducing hospital operating costs,and enhance the comprehensive benefits of medical services.
