摘  要:为了提高电子图书馆借书过程中的到期邮件状态监测能力,提出一种基于模糊K均值预测的电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件预警模型。采用大数据关联规则挖掘方法进行电子图书馆借书的到期邮件特征信息采集,对采集的电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件状态特征量采用模糊K均值预测方法进行信息融合处理,结合粒子群寻优方法进行电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件状态趋势的特征分类学习。采用高阶统计特征量提取方法把电子图书馆借书中的到期邮件数据进行特征分解和状态参量提取,根据电子图书馆借书的到期邮件状态特征参量提取值进行信息融合,建立电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件预警的专家系统模型,实现电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件预警。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件预警的准确性较高,对到期邮件状态的特征提取聚类性较好,提高了电子图书馆借书系统到期邮件判别和预警能力。In order to improve the ability of monitoring the status of due mail in the process of borrowing books in electronic libraries,a warning model based on fuzzy K-means prediction is proposed.Big data association rule mining method is used to collect the expired mail information of electronic library,and the fuzzy K-means prediction method is used to deal with the information fusion.Based on particle swarm optimization(PSO),the feature classification of the status trend of expired mail in the library is studied.By using the method of high order statistical feature extraction,the expiration mail data of electronic library are decomposed and the state parameters are extracted,and the information fusion is carried out according to the information extraction value of the expiration mail characteristic parameter of the electronic library borrowing book.In this paper an expert system model of the expiration mail early warning of the electronic library borrowing system is established,and the expiration mail early warning of the electronic library book borrowing system is realized.The simulation results show that the proposed method is more accurate and clustering for the feature extraction of the expired mail in the library borrowing system.It can improve expired mail discrimination and early warning ability of the e-library borrowing system.
