摘 要:裂纹是主蒸汽管道上常见一种缺陷,其对主蒸汽管道的安全运行有很大影响,有必要分析其对管道强度的影响。采用数值模拟方法对含有裂纹主蒸汽管进行分析,得到不同长度、深度及多个不同位置裂纹间相互作用主蒸汽管道强度的影响。分析结果表明,对于含有单个裂纹的主蒸汽管道,当裂纹长度和深度之比在某一值时,裂纹向长度方向和深度方向扩展的可能都很小,此时裂纹是最稳定状态,此时裂纹对管道强度的削弱作用最小。对含有两个裂纹的主蒸汽管道,随着裂纹间间距的增大,裂纹间的应力查加效应逐渐减弱,但间距大于某一确定值时裂纹间的相互影响可以忽略,对确定尺寸的两个裂纹其间距的确定值是一定的。Crack is a common defect on the main steam pipeline,which has a great influence on the safc operation of the main steam pipeline.It is necessary to analyze its infuence on the pipeline strength.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the main steam tube with cracks,and the influence of the strength of the main steam pipe interacting with cracks of different lengths,depths and multiple different positions was obtained.The analysis results show that for the main steam pipeline containing a single crack,when the ratio of the crack length to the depth is at a certain value,the crack may be small in the length direction and the depth direction,and the crack is the most stable state.Cracks have the least effect on the strength of the pipe.For the main steam pipe with two cracks,the stress superposition effect between the cracks gradually decreases with the increase of the spacing between the cracks,but the mutual influence between the cracks can be neglected when the spacing is larger than a certain value.The determined value of the crack pitch is constant.
