摘　　要：唐太宗在整个唐朝的发展历程中具有不可撼动的地位,他开创的"贞观之治"不仅是唐朝发展的辉煌时代,也是中国历史上极为浓墨重彩的一笔。学界对唐太宗的研究更是不可胜数,研究的角度也相当多。针对这位极具研究价值的帝王,试从秘书学的独特角度剖析其对于唐朝初期秘书工作的积极影响。采用文献研究法全面掌握唐太宗时期秘书工作的情况,并从秘书机构、公文改革、档案制度三个方面进行横向剖析,系统论述唐太宗作为唐王朝的最高统治者对秘书工作的推动作用。Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty had an unshakable position in the development of the Tang Dynasty.The"Zhenguan Zhizhi"he pioneered was not only a glorious era of the development of the Tang Dynasty,but also a great highlight of Chinese history.The study of Tang Taizong by the academic circles is even more innumerable,and the research perspective is quite numerous.This paper aims at the emperor,who is of great research value,to analyze his positive influence on secretarial work in the early Tang Dynasty from the unique angle of secretarial science.This paper mainly uses the literature research method to comprehensively grasp the situation of secretary work in the Tang Taizong period by consulting the literature.From the three aspects of secretarial function,document reform and archives system,this paper systematically expounds the role of Tang Taizong as the supreme leader of Tang Dynasty in promoting secretarial work.At the same time,it further perfects the study of Tang Taizong’s historical influence on secretarial work in the light of previous research results.
