摘　　要：目的:研究整复固定技术运用于骨伤疾病中的临床效果.方法:随机挑选118例于2016年12月-2018年12月来我院治疗骨伤疾病的病患进行研究,所有病患均给予整复固定治疗,分析病患的临床治疗效果.结果:本研究中的118例病患均完成的随访,随访时间为3-20个月,平均随访时间为(7.03±2.20)个月,病患平均外固定支架拆除时间为(6.41±1.99)周.118例病患无1例出现不愈合或延迟愈合问题,患肢功能Dienst评估标准,可有10例,良有30例,优有78例.结论:整复固定治疗技术运用于临床骨伤中可有效改善病患的临床症状,提升整体的治疗效果,具有临床推广价值.Objective:To study the clinical effect of reduction and fixation in bone injury diseases.Methods:118 patients with bone injury diseases who came to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected for research.All patients were treated with reduction and fixation,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the patients were analyzed.Results:118 patients in this study were followed up for 3-20 months,with an average follow-up time of(7.032.20)months and an average removal time of(6.411.99)weeks.None of 118 patients had non-healing or delayed healing problems.Dienst evaluation criteria for limb function included 10 cases,30 cases of good,and 78 cases of excellent.Conclusion:The application of reduction and fixation technology in clinical bone injuries could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the overall therapeutic effect,which had clinical promotion value.
