基于涡喷6发动机进气道拆装教学开发实践的研究

摘　　要：我国从民航大国向民航强国的迅速转变,民航产业迎来急速发展,相关专业的技术人员需求也日益增大。目前,国内很多高职院校都开设了航空专业,应对市场所出现航空类专业人才紧缺的现状。本文以涡喷6发动机进气道、涡轮拆装为基础,在教学中引入航空维修企业规范,改变传统的教学模式,突出为企业培养专技人才的教学理念,以工卡取代传统方法,模拟航空企业工作实际环境,着重强调规范意识,培养学生的查阅飞机手册,按程序、步骤施工的能力。With the rapid transformation of China from a big civil aviation country to a powerful civil aviation country,the civil aviation industry is experiencing rapid development,and the demand for relevant professionals is also increasing.At present,a lot of higher vocational colleges in China have opened aviation majors to cope with the shortage of aviation professionals in the market.Based on the disassembly and assembly of intake port and turbine of turbojet 6 engine,this paper introduces the norm of aviation maintenance enterprise in teaching,changes the traditional teaching mode,highlights the teaching idea of training professional talents for enterprises,replaces the traditional method with work card,simulates the actual working environment of aviation enterprise,emphasizes the normative consciousness and cultivates students.Ability to consult aircraft manuals and follow procedures and procedures for construction.
