摘  要:目的本文主要探讨血液中ctDNA含量(小DNA,完整DNA和拷贝数)与肿瘤预后(复发和死亡)的相关性。方法本研究采集常州第一人民医院2017年9月到2018年4月的100例经病理学检查证实为食管鳞状细胞癌患者的静脉血,荧光定量PCR检测血浆中ctDNA的含量,数字PCR(dPCR)检测基因拷贝数变异,并随访跟踪患者预后,复发及死亡情况。结果在ctDNA的三种分析指标中,只有完整DNA与患者的预后及死亡具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 ctDNA中完整DNA的含量高低对食管癌患者的预后及存活具有临床指导意义。Objective This article mainly discusses ctDNA content in the blood(small DNA,complete DNA and DNA copy number) and the correlation between ctDNA and tumor prognosis(recurrence and death).Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were confirmed as esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by pathological examination were collected from September 2017 to April 2018 in the Changzhou First People’s Hospital.The content of ctDNA in plasma was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and gene copy number was detected by digital PCR.Results Complete DNA content was associated with prognosis and death of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of complete DNA in blood has clinical significance for the prognosis and survival of patients with esophageal cancer.
