2018年广西碘缺乏病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西居民碘营养水平及碘缺乏病现状,为科学补碘防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法依据《2016-2018年广西碘缺乏病监测方案》,在广西109个县(市、区)开展人群碘营养监测及碘缺乏病病情监测。结果 2018共调查8~10岁儿童22 407名、孕妇10 949名,碘盐中位数为24.30 mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率为92.64%。儿童甲肿率为0.44%,尿碘中位数为184.7μg/L,各县(市、区)儿童尿碘中位数在131.9~222.4μg/L之间;孕妇尿碘中位数为134.9μg/L,各县(市、区)孕妇尿碘中位数在75.9~155.2μg/L之间。结论 2018年广西8~10岁儿童碘营养水平适宜,孕妇碘营养水平略显不足;应加强广西区内碘盐质量控制工作,提高市售合格碘盐率,探索提高特殊人群碘营养水平的办法。Objective To understand the latest situation of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD),and provide evidence for scientific prevention and control.Methods 109 counties in the whole region carried out iodine nutrition monitoring and IDD monitoring.Results A total of 22 407 children aged 8-10 years and 10 949 pregnant women were investigated in 2018.The median of iodized salt was 24.30 mg/kg,the qualified iodine salt edible rate was 92.64%,the children’s goiter rate was 0.44%,and the children’s median urinary iodine was 184.7 μg/L,the median urinary iodine of children in each city was between 131.9 μg/L and 222.4 μg/L;the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 134.9 μg/L,and the median urinary iodine of pregnant women in each city was between 75.9 μg/L and 155.2 μg/L.Conclusion After adjusting the iodized salt content in Guangxi,the iodine nutrition level of children is suitable,but the iodine nutrition of pregnant women is slightly insufficient.At the same time,strengthen the quality control of iodized salt in Guangxi,increase the qualified iodized salt rate in the market,and explore the methods to improve the iodine nutrition level of special population.
