摘 要:原癌基因c-Fos是即早基因家族的重要一员,其被第二信使诱导活化后表达c-Fos蛋白,参与细胞的生长、分化及传递细胞内信号,在多种生物活动中发挥重要作用。c-Fos基因和各类肾脏疾病的病理特征如肾纤维化、肾小球系膜细胞增殖、肾小球肾炎和肾缺血再灌注等有密切关系,是肾脏疾病发展的重要因素。了解c-Fos在肾脏疾病中发挥作用的分子学机制可为肾脏疾病的治疗提供新方法和新思路。本文就c-Fos基因和肾脏疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。Proto-oncogene c-Fos is an important member of the immediate early gene family,and it can induce the expression of c-Fos protein after it is activated by the second messenger to participate in the growth of cells,differentiation and the transmission of intracellular signals and play a basic and important role in many biological activities.c-Fos gene is closely correlated with the pathological characteristics of various renal diseases,such as renal fibrosis,glomerular mesangial cell proliferation,glomerulonephritis and renal ischemia and reperfusion,which is an important factor in the development of renal diseases.To understand the molecular mechanism of the role of c-Fos in renal diseases provides new methods and ideas for the treatment.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between c-Fos gene and renal diseases.
