摘 要:在地质分析的基础上,研究了官寨井田的煤层分布、煤储层特征、煤层气资源特征,并应用经济评价软件对设计的煤层气开发方案进行了经济评价。结果表明:煤层气开发各项财务评价指标良好,项目税后财务内部收益率为7.74%,税后财务净现值为-305.84万元,静态投资回收期为10.64 a,均接近于行业的基本要求。煤层气井排采15 a,单井累计产量达4.6154×106 m3,煤层气采收率达65.77%,相应平均含气量降低至8 m3/t以下,瓦斯压力降至0.74 MPa以下,可达到区域消突的目的。On the basis of geological analysis,the distribution of coal seam,coal reservoir characteristics and coalbed methane resource characteristics in Guanzhai minefield were studied,and the economic evaluation software was applied to the design of the coalbed methane development plan.The results showed that all economic indicators of CBM development were good,the financial internal rate of return after tax was 7.74%,the financial net present value after tax was-305.84 million,the investment recovery period after tax was 10.64 years,all of the three are close to the basic requirements of the industry.After drainage 15 years,single well cumulative production reached 4.6154×106 m3,the recovery rate reached 65.77%,correspondingly,gas content(average)was reduced to less than 8 m3/t,gas pressure was reduced to about 0.74 MPa,which has achieved the purpose of eliminating regional gas outburst.
