摘 要:基于普采工艺支架布置的理论研究和现场实践,提出了以安全的端面距控制为中心,以确保安全运行为基础,进行错梁直线式、齐梁直线式,正倒悬臂支护的科学选型计算。结果表明:高档普采工艺由于设备配套及设备横向尺寸的不同,可在确保端面距符合质量标准化的情况下,采用正悬臂及倒悬臂分梁不一样的错梁直线式支护方法,调节分梁尺寸来保证直线柱形式。通过建立科学的横向模型优化图和参数计算,前后移动模拟正悬臂及倒悬臂顶梁,确保端面距不超过端面距控制线。确保倒悬臂前端长L1在0<L 1≤(D+n)-T MIN-2B-Z及正悬臂前端长L 2在B<L 2≤(D+n)+B+T MIN-2B-Z内的点才能符合安全及实践要求组织生产。Based on the theoretical study and field practice of general mining technology support arrangement,the scientific type selection calculation of staggered beam straight line,uniform beam straight line and forward and backward cantilever support is put forward with the safety distance control as the center to ensure the safe operation as the basis.The results show that:Because of the different equipment matching and transverse dimension of equipment,the high-grade ordinary mining technology can adopt the staggered beam linear support method with different cantilever and inverted cantilever beam to ensure the quality standardization of end face distance,and adjust the beam size to ensure the linear column type.By establishing a scientific lateral model optimization diagram and parameter calculation,the forward and backward movement of the simulated cantilever and inverted cantilever top beam ensures that the end-to-end distance does not exceed the control line of the end-to-end distance.Ensure that the length L1 of the front end of the inverted cantilever is within the range of 0<L1<(D+n)-T MIN-2B-Z and the length L2 of the front end of the forward cantilever is within the range of B<L2<(D+n)+B+T MIN-2B-Z to meet the safety and practical requirements of production organization.
