液压抬棚支架的研制及应用分析

摘  要:由于煤层倾角比较大、断层褶曲发育,鹤壁矿区工作面大多呈不规则形状布置,回采期间需来回磨斜,而且矿区内井型偏小,严重制约了端头支架和超前液压支架的使用。一直以来,鹤煤公司采煤工作面端头及超前支护大多采用单体柱+π型梁支护,不仅支护强度低,安全管理难度大,而且占用人员多,职工劳动强度大。为解决此问题,经调查研究,鹤煤公司利用淘汰的悬移液压支架和ZF2800型综采液压支架研制了液压抬棚支架,并在公司全面推广使用,端头及超前支护效果明显改善。Because the dip angle is large and geological condition is complicated,The coal mining face is arranged in an irregular shape,it is need to be worn during mining,and the well type is small.It restricts the spreading use of the termination point hydraulic pressure bracket and advance support bracket.For a long time,the support pattern using"monomer columnof+πshaped beam"both ends and advanced of coal mining face.support strength can not be guaranteed and extreme difficulty for safety management,working power was very extreme.To solve this problem,according to the investigation and system-design,use suspended hydraulic support and ZF2800 hydraulic support is developed the hydraulic bracket of carrying framed timber,it is used wind-ranging,its supporting result is good through.
