摘  要:为了制定高效的管道补口修复计划,确保缺陷及时修复,提出了一种基于漏磁内检测的管道补口失效评价方法。该方法将补口失效内检测信号分为4种类型,其中第1类和第4类信号特征较明显,第2类和第3类次之。分别采用RSTRENG 0.85dL方法和Kastner方法对轴向缺陷和环向缺陷进行评价,并基于腐蚀增长速率边界值对腐蚀增长作出预测。结合信号类型与腐蚀缺陷评价结果,建立了补口失效分级评价与响应准则。现场应用结果表明:该方法具有较高的识别与评价符合率,可以满足现场应用需求。In order to formulate the repair plan and repair the defects in time,an assessment method of pipeline field joint coating failure based on magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection(MFL ILI)was proposed in this paper.In this method,the ILI signals of field joint coating failure are divided into four types.And the characteristics of type 1 and type 4 signals are more obvious than those of type 2 and type 3.Then,axial defects and circumferential defects were assessed using RSTRENG 0.85dL method and Kastner method,respectively,and the corrosion growth was predicted based on the boundary value of corrosion growth rate.Finally,combined with signal types and corrosion defect assessment results,a grading assessment and response code for field joint coating failure was set up.It is indicated from the field application that this method is higher in identification and assessment coincidence rate and can meet the requirement on field application.
