摘 要:为探究织物紧度对多功能户外保暖织物性能的影响,以拒水拒油整理剂SK-1005和交联剂SK-FM整理后的腈纶膨体纱为表层原料,以Warmplus纱和Coolmax纱为里层原料,设计开发了4种不同紧度的表、里层组织均为五枚三飞缎纹组织的双层织物,并对其拒水拒油性、吸湿导湿性和保暖性能进行了测试。结果表明,当总紧度为69.62%时,多功能户外保暖织物的接触角为143.1°,拒油等级为5级,吸湿速率为30.215%/s,液体扩散速度为3.460 mm/s,保温率为39.94%,织物综合性能最好;洗涤10次后,织物的拒水拒油性稍有下降,但仍能满足服用性能的要求。In order to explore the influence of fabric tightness on multifunctional outdoor thermal fabrics and their properties,four kindsof double-layer fabrics with satin weaves in surface and inner layers of different tightness are designed and developed with acrylic bulky yarntreated with water and oil repellent finishing agent SK-1005 and crosslinking agent SK-FM as surface materials,warmplus yarn and coolmaxyarn as inner layer materials.Their water repellency,oil repellency,moisture absorption,moisture conductivity and heat preservationproperties are tested.The results show that when the total tightness is 69.62%,the contact angle of the multi-functional outdoor thermalfabric is 143.1°,the oil-repellent grade is 5,the moisture absorption rate is 30.215%/s,the liquid diffusion rate is 3.460 mm/s,the heatpreservation rate is 39.94%,and the comprehensive performance of the fabric is the best.After washing 10 times,the water and oilrepellency of the fabrics decreases slightly,but it could still meet the requirements of wearability.
