摘　　要：涤纶超仿棉复合丝与常规涤纶丝所用染料和上色条件不同,两种长丝交织成的织物经一步一浴法染色后,在织物表面可呈现出两种不同颜色长丝的效果。涤纶超仿棉格子织物采用白色超仿棉复合丝与白色常规涤纶丝交织,通过巧妙设计织物组织、织物经密、织物纬密以及纱线排列,经一步一浴法染色后,织物正面形成色织格子外观,织物反面形成条纹外观。The dyes and dyeing conditions of polyester super-cotton-like are different from those of conventional polyester yarn.After one-step one-bath dyeing,two different color filaments appear on the surface of the interwoven fabrics with the two filaments.Polyester super-cotton-like checked fabric is interwoven with white super-cotton-like composite filament yarn and white conventional polyester yarn.In the process of fabric design,the fabric weave,the warp density,weft density and yarn arrangement of the fabric are skillfully designed.After one-step one-bath dyeing,the front of the fabric can form a colored checked appearance,while the reverse side of the fabric can form a striped appearance.
