摘　　要：选用PTT/PET/羊毛混纺股线设计与生产了一种薄花呢织物。针对产品风格要求,进行了原料搭配、纱线结构与配色设计及织物规格设计。重点对产品织造生产过程中的关键工序如络筒、分条整经、剑杆织造进行了合理的工艺设计,采取了相应技术措施。并简要指出后整理中的技术要点。A tweed fabric is designed and produced with PTT/PET/wool blended yarn.According to the product style requirements,rawmaterial,yarn structure and color design and fabric specification are designed.The key processes in the production process of productweaving,such as the winding tube,the whole warp,and the weaving of the rapier are reasonably designed,and the corresponding technicalmeasures are taken.It is briefly pointed out the technical points in the post-finishing.
