锯齿加工细绒棉颜色级测试方法比较

摘　　要：采用主观评价和客观评价两种方法对锯齿加工细绒棉颜色级进行测试,客观评价方法采用HVI大容量检测仪、测色仪、白度仪进行测试。比较主观评价与HVI大容量检测仪的测试结果可知,主观评价和客观评价结果一致性较好。HVI大容量检测仪、测色仪、白度仪的测试结果分析表明,客观评价结果间存在一定的相关性。通过对测试原理、测试特点等进行比较,得出4种检测方法的优劣对比。Subjective evaluation and objective evaluation are used to test the color grade of saw ginned upland cotton,and the objective evaluation method is used to test the color grade of HVI mass tester,colorimeter and whiteness meter.The comparison between the subjective evaluation results and the test results of the HVI mass tester shows that the subjective evaluation and the objective evaluation results are consistent.The analysis of the test results of HVI mass tester,colorimeter,and whiteness meter shows that there is a certain correlation between the objective evaluation results.By comparing the test principles and test characteristics,the advantages and disadvantages of the four methods are obtained.
