摘　　要：随着糖尿病发病率的攀升,糖尿病溃疡成为慢性创面的首要病因。本文以慢性高糖环境对细胞的影响为切入点,分析糖尿病溃疡的形成机制,并对最新治疗进展进行回顾,为糖尿病溃疡的研究及诊疗提供参考。With the increasing incidence of diabetes,diabetic ulcers become the primary cause of chronic wounds.In this paper,the effect of chronic high glucose environment on cells is explored to deeply understand the pathogenesis of diabetic ulcer.Besides,the advances in treatment of diabetic ulcers are also presented,which may provide evidences for the research and treatment of diabetic ulcer.
