摘 要:利用Magma软件,对某款汽车发动机铝合金前盖的浇注系统和排溢系统进行充型及凝固过程的数值模拟。通过分析模拟结果,提出了压铸工艺优化方案;并再次模拟了优化后铸件的充型与凝固过程,分析了温度场变化、气压变化及凝固情况,验证了优化方案的合理性。同时,针对铸件局部温度过高、冷却时间过长的问题,采用高压点冷等方式加快局部区域冷却速度,提高了铸件品质。最后通过实际生产,验证了浇排系统等工艺设计的合理性。The filling and solidification process of the aluminum alloy front cover of the car engine were simulated by using Magma software.According to the simulated results,the optimized die casting process was designed,and filling and solidification process were simulated based on the modified design.The change of the temperature,air pressure and solidification of the castings were simulated,and the rationality of the optimized process was verified.Aimed to the problems of the high temperature and slow cooling of the partial area,high pressure point cooling was adopted to promote the cooling rate,improving the quality of the casting.Finally,the feasibility of the gating systems design was verified by the die casting production.
