摘 要:在干摩擦条件下,以半金属基摩擦材料为摩擦副,研究氮碳共渗和未处理高碳当量铸铁在不同载荷和摩擦时间下的滑动摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,相比于未处理的,氮碳共渗高碳当量铸铁摩擦因数高且稳定性好,耐磨性更优,尤其在大载荷、长时间情况下;未处理高碳当量铸铁在低载荷下磨损类型为粘着磨损伴随轻微的三体磨粒磨损,高载荷下为严重的粘着磨损和疲劳剥落磨损;氮碳共渗高碳当量合金铸铁在低载荷下磨损表现为轻微的氧化物三体磨粒磨损,高载荷下为疲劳剥落磨损。In the dry friction condition,the sliding friction and wear characteristics were investigated of the grey cast iron and the untreated high-carbon equivalent alloy gray cast iron with high carbon equivalent alloy under different loading and friction time with the semi-metallic material as the sub-metallic material.The results reveal that compared with the untreated ones,the nitrocarburized high carbon equivalent alloy gray cast iron presents high friction coefficient and good stability,and the wear resistance is desirable,especially under the condition of large load and long time.The wear types of untreated high carbon equivalent alloy gray cast iron under low load are characterized by adhesive wear accompanied by slight three-body abrasive wear,and by serious adhesive wear and fatigue spalling wear under high load.The wear mechanism of nitrocarburized high carbon equivalent gray cast iron presents mild oxide three-body abrasive wear under low load and fatigue spalling wear under high load.
