摘 要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)及电化学腐蚀、黄铜脱锌腐蚀和切削试验等,研究了Al、Sn对再生铋黄铜微观组织、腐蚀及切削性能的影响。结果表明,Al可明显改善铋黄铜的耐腐蚀性能,随着Al含量增加,材料的切削性能逐渐减弱;随着Sn含量增加,材料的腐蚀性能逐渐加强,而再生铋黄铜的切削性能呈先下降后上升的趋势,当Sn含量为0.5%时,合金的切削性能最差。The effects of Al and Sn on the microstructure,corrosion and cutting performance of regenerated bismuth brass were investigated by adding different amounts of aluminum and tin in bismuth brass with the help of scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum analyzer(EDS),electrochemical corrosion,brass dezincification corrosion and drilling test.The results show that the corrosion resistance of bismuth brass is improved obviously by adding a small amount of Al,and the cutting performance of the material is weakened gradually with the increase of Al content.When Sn element is added alone,the corrosion performance of the material is increased with the increase of Sn content,while the cutting performance of recycled bismuth brass is decreased firstly and then increased.When the Sn content is 0.5%,the cutting behavior is the worst.
