摘　　要：In this paper we study the weight approximation problems of a class of linear combination operators of Post-Widder.By using the tools of Haxdy-Littlewood maximal function,convex property of N function,Jensen Inequality,K-functional and modulus of smoothness,establish the direct theorem,converse theorem and characterization theorem in the Orlicz spaces.The results of this paper include the classical results of Post-Widder operators approximation.
