摘 要:采用湿化学法制备了氢氧化铜悬浮剂,以粒径D50为评价依据,通过单一因素分析法优化了氢氧化铜的制备条件。结果表明,最佳制备反应条件为硫酸铜与氢氧化钠的体积比为4∶1,转速为1300 r/min,硫酸铜溶液的滴加速度为8 mL/min,直至化学计量点,继续搅拌20 min。当助剂(以CuSO4计)PVP、明胶和SDBS的质量分数分别为0.7%、0.5%和1.1%时,氢氧化铜悬浮剂的热贮前后D50和跨距分别为3.12μm、3.03和10.09μm、4.88。SEM分析结果表明,样品呈现分散均匀的棉絮状,粒径为1~4μm。该悬浮液的抑菌性能突出。Copper hydroxide suspending concentrate(SC)is synthesized by means of wet-chemical method and the synthesis conditions are also optimized by single factor analysis method with particle size D50 as evaluation basis.The optimal reaction conditions are gained as follows:the volumetric ratio between copper sulfate solution and sodium hydroxide solution is 4∶1,the dropping rate of copper sulfate solution is 8 mL·min-1 under a stirring speed of 1300 r·min-1.Until the copper hydroxide is completely produced,stirring lasts for another 20 min.The optimized formula of additives is PVP 0.7%,gelatin 0.5%,SDBS 1.1%on the base of copper sulfate.As for the prepared SC samples,the D50 and span is 3.12μm and 3.03 before storage and 10.09μm and 4.884 after hot storage,respectively.SEM measurement proves that the SC samples present a uniformly dispersive cotton-like shape with a particle size in the range of 1-4μm.And its outstanding antimicrobial activity is also found out.
