摘  要:河北新欣园能源股份有限公司积极响应国家节能减排政策,加大对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置节能挖潜力度,通过对系统的设计、安装,开发出一套可使现有工艺流程节能的优化方案。通过将醚化碳四分两股进料分别进入T1203塔和T1501塔,利用T1203塔的余量将正丁烷/异丁烷分离,进入T1501塔的物料量减少,塔底蒸汽耗量也会随之减少,另一部分改造将T1203塔顶物料热量循环给塔底再沸器使用,改造完成后装置总能耗明显降低。Hebei Xinxinyuan Enery-technolgy Developing Company Ltd.actively responsed to the national policy of energy conservation and emissioned reduction and increase of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)plant energy saving potential in dynamics,through to the system design,installation,developed a can make the existing technological process,the optimized plan for the energy saving by etherification carbon four points and two feed into T1203 and T1501 towers,respectively using T1203 allowance of the tower was butane/isobutane separation,reduce the amount of material the enter T1501 tower,bottom changes in plants could also reduce the steam consumption,another part of the reform will T1203 overhead material heat circulation to bottom reboiler used,device after the completion of the total energy consumption was obviously reduced.
