摘 要:目的观察不同浓度的植物源性驱避剂孟二醇对白纹伊蚊的实验室药效,并与避蚊胺进行比较,评价其驱蚊效果。方法参照国家标准GB/T 13917.9-2009试验方法,分别对不同浓度的孟二醇和避蚊胺进行实验室药效测试并进行评价。结果孟二醇对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果随浓度的升高而增强。15%孟二醇的有效保护时间超过4 h[(4.33±0.82)h],达到国家驱避剂登记的B级标准。各浓度孟二醇的驱避效果分别低于相同浓度的避蚊胺(P<0.05),20%孟二醇与10%避蚊胺的驱避效果相当(P>0.05)。结论孟二醇对白纹伊蚊具有较好的驱避效果,可作为防蚊虫叮咬的植物源性驱避剂推广应用。Objective To observe the different concentrations of p-menthane-3,8-diol(PMD)against Aedes albopictus and compare it with N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide(DEET)to evaluate its repellent effect.Methods Referring to the national standard GB/T 13917.9-2009 test method,the laboratory efficacy of PMD and DEET at different concentrations was tested and evaluated.Results PMD bettered repellent effect to Aedes albopictus with the increase of concentrations.The protective time of 15%PMD was more than 4 hours[(4.33±0.82)h],reaching the grade B standard of national repellent registration.The repellent effect of each concentration of PMD was lower than that of the same concentration of DEET(P<0.05),and 20%PMD showed efficacy similar to 10%DEET(P>0.05).Conclusion PMD showed good repellent effect to Aedes albopictus.It can be used as a qualified botanical repellent to prevent mosquito bites.
