摘 要:目的初步了解甘肃省张掖市林地蚊虫的种群分布及影响因素,为蚊媒传染病的防治研究提供依据。方法采用帐诱法、CO2诱蚊灯法对张掖市湿地公园蚊种进行采集,并对数据进行统计分析。结果2种方法获得该湿地公园蚊虫种类2属4种,其组成均以淡色库蚊、刺扰伊蚊为主,帐诱法中分别占捕获蚊虫总数的52.22%和41.67%,CO2诱蚊灯法中分别占捕获总数的43.06%和47.01%,背点伊蚊及黄色伊蚊相对最少。CO2诱蚊灯法捕捉的蚊虫显著高于帐诱法(χ^2=8.446,P<0.05)。整个时间段中帐诱法捕捉到的淡色库蚊数在3:00-3:30时间段捕捉到的淡色库蚊最多,占27.65%;在20:00-20:30捕捉到的刺扰伊蚊最多,占33.33%,但随着时间的增加逐渐降低。在21:00-21:30时间段CO2诱蚊灯法捕捉到的刺扰伊蚊最多;背点伊蚊和黄色伊蚊在两种捕获方法中均捕获到的很少。气温在25℃以下时两种方法捕捉到的蚊密度相对最少,捕捉到的蚊虫数分别为10只(5.56%)、30只(6.21%),但是随着气温的升高,蚊虫密度呈递增趋势,气温在30℃以上时,2种方法检测到的蚊密度均达到最大,捕捉到的蚊虫数分别为51只(28.33%)、162只(33.54%)。湿度30%~40%时蚊虫密度最少,当湿度大于40%时,蚊虫密度又呈上升趋势,湿度在42%时蚊虫密度达到最大,捕捉到的蚊虫数分别为51只(28.33%)、162只(33.54%)。结论湿地公园等是蚊虫种群密度较高的孳生地,应加强湿地公园中蚊虫密度的监测,提醒民众注意防范蚊虫,有针对性地采取蚊虫防治措施,防止当地蚊媒传染病的发生。Objective To investigate the species,density and influence factors of mosquitoes in a wetland park in Zhangye of Gansu Province,and provide the scientific evidence for the risk assessment,early-warning,prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods The mosquito species were collected by human-baited net trapping method and CO2 lamp-trapping method,the data were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 663 mosquitoes were collected using two methods,and 4 species were identified.Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes vexans were the dominant mosquito,respectively accounting for 52.22%and 41.67%by human-baited trapping,43.06%and 47.01%by CO2 lamp trapping.The mosquitoes collected by CO2 lamp trapping were significantly more than that by human-baited method(χ^2=8.446,P<0.05).The number of Culex pipiens pallens collected by human-baited net trapping method was the largest,accounting for 27.65%between 3:00 and 3:30.The Aedes vexans was mostly captured between 20:00 and 20:30,accounting for 33.33%.During the period from 21:00 to 21:30,the most Aedes vexans was collected by CO2 lamp-trapping method.Aedes dorsalis and Aedes flavescens were rarely captured in both capture methods.The density of mosquitoes captured by the two methods was relatively small when the temperature below 25℃,and the numbers of mosquitoes captured were 10(5.56%)and 30(6.21%).However,with the increase of temperature,the density of mosquitoes showed an increasing trend.When the temperature was above 30℃,the densities of mosquitoes detected by the two methods reached the maximum,with the numbers of mosquitoes captured being 51(28.33%)and 162(33.54%)respectively.Mosquito density was the lowest in humidity at 30%-40%,and increased when humidity was more than 40%.Mosquito densities were the highest in humidity at 42%,with 51(28.33%)and 162(33.54%)mosquitoes captured respectively.Conclusion Cx.pipiens pallens and Ae.vexans were main species of mosquito in the wetland park.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of mosquito,raise the awar
