摘　　要：新时代部队野外驻训重大活动显著增加。扎实做好相关活动卫生防疫保障工作,既是履行卫勤保障职能的使命需要,也是巩固指战员战斗力的现实需要,还是确保任务顺利开展的直接需要。探索总结部队野外驻训重大活动卫生防疫保障规律特点和措施办法,确保饮食卫生和官兵身心健康,巩固部队战斗力,为遂行相应任务时的卫生防疫保障提供指导、参考和借鉴,具有重要的现实意义。做好新时代部队野外驻训重大活动的卫生防疫保障工作,要从厘清认识入手,聚焦保障目标,采取务实举措,严把"组织关、源头关、制作关、环境关"等"四个关口",强固"方向决定成败、敬业成就事业、融合汇聚力量"等"三个理念"。Field training and major activities of the troops are increasing significantly in the new era. Solidly carrying out the work of sanitation and epidemic prevention for the field training and major activities is not only the mission of fulfilling the functions of medical and logistic support, but also the actual need to consolidate the combat effectiveness of the commanders and combatants, and the direct need to ensure the smooth development of the mission. It is important to explore and summarize the characteristics and measures of the health and epidemic prevention of the major activities of the troops during the field training, ensure food hygiene and the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers, consolidate the combat effectiveness of the troops, and provide guidance, reference and inspiration for the health and epidemic prevention of the corresponding tasks. In order to implement health service and epidemic prevention for troops in the field training and major activities in the new era, it is necessary to take pragmatic measures, improve the quality in organization,sources,production and environment, and stick to clear direction,professional ethics and sincere cooperation.
